We executed research gathering and insight creation across user group interviews, website audits, and google analytics. All information was distilled down into a usable format for informing recommendations.

Comprehensive user personas were created. These included critical information such as scenario mapping, user goals, pain points, and beneficial content and functionality, all required to make good strategic UX design choices

We reimagined the Information Architecture of all four websites, creating an ecosystem of interconnected content that considered the needs of a range of stakeholders. Filling in the gaps and giving opportunity for better engagement.

The project concluded with a wireframe prototype that allowed the the team to test and explore how to get the maximum added value from the insight that had been gathered, ahead of investing in website UI design and development.
